However, 1 billion people go to bed HUNGRY night after night while there is enough food and funds available. HUNGER kills more people than those dying from Malaria, Tuberculosis and AIDS combined.

WHY are people POOR?

(3) Poor Health

(5) Laziness & lack of motivation

(6) Discrimination

(7) Refugees and displaced people

(8) Corruption culture

(9) Climate change

(10) Lack of cheap energy

HOW is HUNGER satisfied?

(1) Earn & buy food

(2) Grow own food

(3) Begging

(4) Stealing

(5) Prostitution

When too many people continue to suffer from HUNGER, it leads to conflicts, riots, civil war and even a coup to overthrow the government. CONFLICTS, then, lead to more POVERTY

The government and citizens need to work together to address the problem of POVERTY.
