Is conflict is a natural part of life.

Conflict is a natural part of life. It happens in all relationships, from our personal lives to our professional lives. But for many people, conflict is scary. They avoid it at all costs, even if it means bottling up their feelings or letting problems fester.

There are many reasons why conflict is so scary. Here are a few of the most common:

  • Fear of rejection.?When we disagree with someone, we risk being rejected by them. This can be a scary thought, especially if we care about the person or if we need their approval.
  • Fear of anger.?When people disagree, they often get angry. This can be a scary reaction, especially if we've been on the receiving end of anger in the past. We may worry that the other person will yell at us, belittle us, or even become violent.

Conflict is a natural part of life. But it doesn't have to be scary. By following these tips, you can learn to deal with conflict in a healthy way and build stronger relationships.
