Is conflict free team a better one ?

Teams are frequently viewed as being more effective than those without conflict when they are able to establish divergent viewpoints while yet managing to work together successfully.?

These two words seem to be seen negatively when we consider conflict and arguments. However, the truth is that we are all unique and hold diverse beliefs, which is what distinguishes us from one another. If handled constructively by all parties involved, conflicts, disagreements, and fights are not at all negative for the workplace and can even be excellent for team building.?

Conflicts inevitably arise in dynamic workplaces. Making sure that these conflicts are constructive and encourage creativity within the organization is crucial.

Healthy debates can produce original concepts and creative thinking. According to the study, conflict should not be avoided at all costs but rather encouraged as a sign of healthy conversation and better solutions. Conflict might be perceived by some people as a bad thing that they desire to stay away from. Some people, on the other hand, view disagreement at work as a chance for innovation. They think that conflict between coworkers fosters innovative problem-solving and the development of fresh ideas.

People who experience conflict at work are thought to be better off than those who do not because they feel more alive and motivated after the conflict. Particularly if both parties let go of their preconceived conceptions of what is real or wrong and refrain from disparaging each other personally or bringing up their backgrounds or characters.?

Arguments offer a chance to learn from many viewpoints in addition to helping to generate fresh solutions to a particular problem. Our ability to work together across shared differences in viewpoints and experiences will improve.
