Confirmation and maintenance of bricks

1. Notes on brick type confirmation:

(1) Whether there is mud road (gray mouth);

(2) wall thickness;

(3) Whether there is a bottom seal;

(4) Number of holes

2. Maintenance：

Bricks require maintenance. First, it need 24 hours maintenance and after spraying water every day for seven days, it will then dry naturally, and it can be used in the factory after ten days which takes about 21 days in total.

3. Boiler

If the boiler is used for curing, it can reach 50% strength in 8 hours, which is reduced from 24 hours of natural curing to 8 hours. Then it is cured naturally.
