The Confidence to Live Abundantly
Final Episode of Season 3: A Life of Abundance

The Confidence to Live Abundantly

What would change in your life if you had unshakable confidence in abundance? If you knew you could not fail in creating, receiving, and sustaining everything you truly need?

This is the final episode of Season 3 - A Life of Abundance.

This season, we've explored how abundance is energy, how it flows when we trust rather than force, and how it can be found in action, generosity, and the systems we build.

However, confidence is the most essential piece, the foundation that allows energy to move.

This week, we explore the?final transformation: the confidence to embody abundance, not just when things flow easily but also in times of uncertainty, transition, and challenge.

Before we begin, here's a three-minute box-breathing exercise. This will ground you and open space for reflection.

A Conversation with Andrew

If there's one thing I've learned about abundance, it's this: confidence is not a byproduct of success—it's the catalyst for it.

Confidence is what allows us to:

? Trust that opportunities will continue to appear.

? Make decisions from a place of strength rather than fear.

? Receive without guilt, hesitation, or self-sabotage.

But here's the challenge: confidence in abundance doesn't come from waiting for proof. It comes from choosing to believe before the evidence arrives.

If you're waiting to feel confident only after money flows easily, clients appear, or success unfolds, you'll always be stuck in a cycle of doubt. The fundamental shift happens when you build confidence in your ability to create, receive, and sustain abundance—no matter your current reality.

And that's what this final transformation is about—learning to trust yourself as the source of abundance.

Confidence vs. Scarcity Thinking

Let's break it down.

?? Scarcity-based lack of confidence looks like this:

  • “I'll believe in abundance when I see proof.”
  • "What if I try and fail?”
  • "I need to hold onto everything I have, just in case.”
  • "I can't trust myself to navigate uncertainty.”

?? Confidence in abundance looks like this:

  • "I create abundance by believing in it first.”
  • "Failure is just part of learning—there's always more ahead.”
  • "Abundance flows when I circulate, not hoard.”
  • "I trust myself to adapt and receive, even when the path isn't clear.”

The difference? One contracts. The other expands.

Reflection: Where Do You Need More Confidence?

Take a moment to reflect:

  • Where do you hesitate to believe in abundance?
  • Are there areas where you find yourself waiting for proof before trusting?
  • What would you do differently if you acted?as if?you already had total confidence in abundance?

Jot down any insights. This is where your transformation begins.

Action: How to Build Confidence in Abundance

Confidence isn't something we wait for—it's something we build through action.

Here's how:

1?? Find Daily Proof of Abundance

  • Each day, write down one example of abundance in your life. It could be money, an opportunity, an act of kindness, or even an unexpected moment of ease.
  • This retrains your brain to see abundance instead of scarcity.

2?? Expand Your Receiving Practice

  • Say yes to something you'd typically resist—whether it's a compliment, help, or a gift.
  • The more you practice allowing abundance in, the more naturally it flows.

3?? Take a Bold Abundant Action

  • Do something this week that reflects confidence in abundance—whether investing in yourself, making a bold ask, or stepping into an opportunity without a guarantee.
  • Confidence grows when we prove that we can act before we feel ready.

My Journey

My understanding of confidence in abundance has grown over the years. In my adult life, the first instance of the kind of confidence without proof we're talking about here happened after reading Michael Singer's The Untethered Soul. There was something so "this makes everything make sense" about what I took from that book.

My action -- to adopt what the book offered as my new operating system. Fully. Completely.

I was choosing trust over certainty.

More recently, as I returned from my year of sailing, I felt like I had to reimagine?everything—from my coaching practice to my personal foundations. I had moments of doubt, questioning whether I could create what I needed and wanted from life again. But instead of waiting for external proof, I leaned into my Untethered Operating System and the?inner knowing that I had done it before and could do it again.

This shift—from looking for external evidence to trusting and loving myself — was everything.

I realized that abundance doesn't come from?chasing, controlling, or forcing. It comes from trusting that?I am its source.

And so are you.

Conclusion: The Next Chapter

This brings us to the end of Season 3: A Life of Abundance.

We've explored:

? How abundance is an energy, not just a resource.

? How letting go of scarcity myths creates new possibilities.

? How generosity, circulation, and action create momentum.

? How trust and patience allow abundance to unfold.

? And now—how confidence makes it all sustainable.

The next step is yours.

Confidence in abundance is something you live into, practice, and embody—not something you wait for.

So, as we close this season, here's my final challenge:

?? Move as if you already have everything you need.

?? Trust yourself first.

?? Take one action that requires belief before certainty.

You are the alchemist. You are the source.

And abundance flows where confidence leads.

I have enjoyed this season so much Andrew Moss. And it’s been interesting. What you write about and what it’s sparked in me has mirrored events in my life and work. Plus, it’s helped me to link up where I have felt abundance in the past and lean into this for the joy of it now.. and for the creation of the future. Trusting myself was a primary, essential learning on my life‘s journey. Linking this trust to abundance, creating these on a different level, has been so interesting to experience. Thank you! Looking forward to the next season ?
