As the King of Ayodhya – Lord Rama, addressed his Friend Sugreev’s army, giving final instructions to spread in all directions; there was excitement and enthusiasm in the air as all the soldiers were charged with a common belief that they were all chosen to do the work for the Incarnation of Lord Vishnu himself, the King of Ayodhya who currently was in exile and was searching for his abducted wife – Sita!
As the battery of Soldiers started dispersing in joy and excitement with the herculean task they had in front of them, there was one soldier standing in the far corner with an uncommon sense of calmness & composure - “Hanuman” as Rama finally called upon him in the end. Rama took is wedding ring off and handed over to Hanuman saying that “When you find Sita – show her this ring and she would recognize that I I have sent you”.
Now, in the stream of Life, common wisdom that is prevalent when it comes to opportunities is that we must pounce upon them, grab them, get hold of them etc. etc. and therefore, slowly corporate workplace turns into a war-place. However, what possibly we fail to recognize is that opportunities, eventually over a period of time, find their way to the most deserving & promising talent - call it Law of Attraction or whatever; likewise medals to the most hard-working athletes and Championships to the most cohesively functioning Teams.

Whilst I may not like to advocate against seeking or asking for opportunities to prove oneself at workplace but in a truly meritocracy based environment led by an able Leader - will automatically have its best talent routed to most challenging jobs, as a General would assign its most trusted Lieutenants to triumph in the toughest battles.
Your energy never fails to introduce you before you speak and so does your work at you workplace or outside of it – if you have done things right consistently. Your calmness and composure even has the capacity to introduce the ferocity with which you can deliver in your roles. Entire Lanka stood witness to what Hanuman did later and how tilted the battle in favor of Rama through his valiant acts.
