They who are not overwhelmed by challenges(fully confident), fully aware with knowledge, persistence, patience, and virtue, deserve the position of a leader.

“My airplane,” said the captain. “Your airplane”, said the First officer. This is the protocol for taking full responsibility of the safety of the plane and its incumbents. With less than 3 minutes left for the flight to crash and no support or help coming from any corner, the captain remained cool in the face of the impending crisis. The plane had 155 passengers on board when it suffered the loss of both its engines owing to bird hit.” Mayday, Mayday, Mayday”, relayed the captain to the nearest ATC. The ATC scrambled to clear runways of the closest airport to facilitate an emergency landing of the flight. The captain however knew that they were flying too low and too slow for the flight to make it back to the nearest airport. He decided to land in the Hudson River against the suggestions of the ATC. “This is the Captain. Brace for impact “, he announced to the passengers on board as he landed the plane in the waters of Hudson River. US Airlines Flight 1549, with service from LaGuardia airport in New York City to Charlotte, North Carolina which started off on its course was splashed into Hudson Sea with 155 passengers on board after losing both engines to bird crash. The captain of the flight was Captain Chesley Sullenberger. The incident earned the name “Miracle on Hudson”.
"The pessimist complains about the wind. The optimist expects it to change. The leader adjusts the sails”, said John Maxwell. Captain Sullenberger, famously known as Captain Sully adjusted the sails. He was knowledgeable.
Patrick Harten, the air traffic controller, opined that “People don’t survive landings on the Hudson River. I thought it was his own death sentence.”
