I-77 Express helps people get to their destinations in a reliable drive time between Charlotte, NC and Mooresville, NC.
关于我们
Charlotte-based I-77 Mobility Partners financed, developed, designed, constructed, and currently operates and maintains the project. NCDOT retains ownership of the roadway and helps ensure I-77 Mobility Partners adheres to the standards of their contractual partnership. Construction, managed by Sugar Creek Construction, began in 2015. I-77 Express opened in November 2019. How it’s used… Through the use of dynamically-priced managed lanes, I-77 Express puts you in charge of your commute. You decide when you want to use the express lanes and for what distance. Electronic signs placed overhead before each entry point will display the current toll rate for that particular segment. The merge lanes are designed with safety in mind, providing plenty of room for drivers to enter and exit the express lanes using at least six designated points. You get to customize your travel needs to accommodate your schedule.

Thank you Elizabeth Lentz! Your participation helped make this a successful event.
A huge thanks to Dottie Rose Foundation and I-77 Express for partnering up for this year’s Fill Her Shoes event. Corning Optical Communications was honored to have Alison Landry, Nkechi Anako, M.S , and Erica Ripley, EIT participate as mentors to the 5th grade girls at Paw Creek Elementary-Charlotte-Mecklenburg Schools. These young ladies worked together, using STEM initiatives, to created shoes that represented their mentors.?We saw glitter and glam, glow in the dark tape, speakers and step trackers, and my favorite, light-up FIBER shoelaces. We were so proud to participate in this event, we are even showcasing our shoes at our Charlotte HQ Building for everyone to see. Thank you again Dottie Rose Foundation for creating Charlotte’s future leaders and community builders. #girlsinstem #futureleaders

#Helene is having a major impact on North Carolina. Please remember that I-77 Express workers are on the road, keeping you safe. Slow down and give them room to work. Better yet, stay home if you don't need to go out.
