After 20-plus years (let's keep the # smaller shall we) of working in the world of staffing in one capacity or another, we all are "formed" by our experiences. With each employer, we are bound to confidentiality to maintain and safeguard their secrets and information.

With time and age comes wisdom after a plethora of experience focused on everything from entry-level staff to executive management in every capacity you can imagine. Then throw in the current climate under which you performed your duties of sourcing and closing that amazing talent. Does anyone recall the term Y2k?

Well, I've had it! I've maintained my silence long enough and I've decided to put my career out there for all to see and hopefully learn about the INSIDE WORLD OF RECRUITING. I was going to write it all out but decided to push this to a video to help get the point across.
