Conference in Lagos for wealth professionals huge success

More than 100 wealth professionals based in Nigeria, Mauritius, Bermuda, UK, and many other nations gathered on Monday 10th June for the inaugural Private Wealth Conference in Lagos hosted by Bimpe Nkontchou from Wealth8 and David Bell from PCD CLUB and HNW Advisor .

I was delighted to be supporting David on travel and PR.

The day was like a reunion for me, meeting around a dozen parents who we have helped over the years find outstanding UK Boarding Schools.

I will be working with further families as a result of many introductions today.

Delegates received our latest UK Boarding Schools Week Magazine featuring 60+ top schools.

The guests told me that they were extremely impressed with the quantity and quality of the delegate list and it was a highly informative day where they made superb connections.

Roedean: Nigerian student wins prize for ‘outstanding school spirit’

A brilliant girl we introduced to Roedean School, Brighton a few years ago from Nigeria is celebrating after being awarded the prize for ‘Outstanding School Spirit.’

She will be presented her award at the school’s annual speech day at Brighton Dome in a few weeks’ time.

Alison Wienekus , Director of Marketing & Admissions said: “What a wonderful achievement and she is such a great asset to the school."

"She often supports us with our marketing initiatives and does us very proud!”

Noo Saro-Wiwa, an Old Roedeanian, author, journalist, and travel writer will be the special guest speaker at the Speech Day (pictured below).

She was born in Nigeria, raised in the UK, and studied at Roedean, King’s College London, and Columbia University in New York.

TASIS England: “I love everything about it”

A few weeks ago we attended the international day at TASIS The American School in England .

The media team interviewed a student we had introduced to understand her impressions of the school.

“It's been a very good experience,” she explains.

“I have met people from many different cultures - that's the best part for me,” she enthused.?
