Coney's BRS Story

"I started my own business right out of college. This business was my passion, and my way of changing people’s lives for the better. I nursed it till it could walk on its own, but once I was confident it could, I began searching for alternative ways to touch people’s lives. That’s when I was given a chance at BRS.

With no prior corporate or recruiting experience, things were unmistakably tough, but I was able to deliver right off the bat. The great thing about BRS is that even if you are new to the industry, your managers will make sure you get the proper support, but at the same time, allow space for the individual to do things their way.

In my business owner days, I made sure to keep an open mind, and to free myself of biases and preconceptions. Thanks to BRS’s flexible management style, I was able to carry over this personal philosophy to BRS, which I believe has led to much of my success as a recruiter.

I’ve opened many doors for the company since joining, made the biggest placement in BRS history 8 months after joining, and have been promoted twice since!"
