Condensation due to AC duct leakage
Condensation inside the room can be a result of AC duct leakage. Here's how:
1. Leaks in the AC ducts allow cool, dry air to escape and warm, moist air to enter the ducts.
2. When the warm, moist air reaches the cooling coil or a cool surface, the moisture condenses, forming water droplets.
3. These water droplets can then travel through the ducts and escape through gaps or holes, causing condensation or water stains on the ceiling.
?Common areas where leaks can occur include:
?Signs of AC duct leakage include:
?If you suspect AC duct leakage, it's recommended to inspect and seal the ducts to prevent further issues. Consergy Systems & Technologies LLP is well equipped for such inspection and sealing those leaky ducts with patented AEROSEAL Technology.
