My concrete house is located in the suburbs of Moscow. I tried to design it with an option to grow larger expand time. It has opportunity to adapt to different life situations.
According to the project, the building includes two parts, connected with a glass-wall entrance hall. The main part of the house has varying heights and includes all of key rooms. Such as the living room with a fireplace, the kitchen, the dining room, two bedrooms, the bathroom and the play room.
The sloped roof forms an impressive area at the living room with six meters high ceilings.
The neighbouring part is designed smaller and includes several bedrooms with cloakrooms and one more bathroom.
It hasn't been built yet.
The design to provided all of the necessary engineering communications which were prepared during the construction of the first part.
Architectural concrete was selected as the main material.
The concrete affected the architecture.
The structural concrete walls took extra care.
They were cleaned and covered with in acrylic transparent varnish.
A black concrete floor to completed the design. According to the terrazzo technology floors include three type of stones and yellow glass.
There is specially designed furniture in the house that was created using ThePLY , unique micro concrete technology.
All exterior facade walls are covered with tremendous panels formed of architectural concrete. They have the same color and texture as inside walls.
The house surrounded birch trees. Landscaping looks like wild forest. Growing there berries and herbs were saving.
