Details of Concrete Pipe and Manhole Machines

Our company has basically two different type of concrete pipe and manhole machines. These machines are designed to make production in different diameters and lengths, and they have different versions within themselves. ZIM A 2625, ZIM T 1220, ZIM T 620, ZIM A 1625 used in Concrete Pipe production; ZIM A 1615, ZIM T 1015, ZIM T 1615 used in the production of Concrete Manhole, Rings and Cones are examples of these versions.

ZIM A SERIES

This machine is consist of 3 parts as vibration, mould filling, pressing. There is a strong body for vibration unit that is located underground, separated mould filling system with conveyor band, special press system that works automatically.

ZIM A Series machines?works with crane to take ready products on drying area and we mostly suggest that for pipes that has bigger diameter than 1500mm. It is able to produce pipes, culverts, manholes automatically thanks to our special mortar filling system and hardwares. The height and diameter capacity of the machine is adjustable according to demand.

ZIM T SERIES

This machine is a fully integrated system that has one strong body for all process. It is located underground to decrease vibration noise and make the operation easier. This system is available to produce 3 pipes in a press if it is needed.

It works with forklifts to take ready products to drying area. This system is mostly used to produce pipes, manholes between?150-1500mm and we are suggesting some versions of it for range of productions.
