Dear Colleagues,


With respect to concrete costs around Chicago this?week, Local 150 has reached a "tentative" agreement with Ozinga and others, the effects of which have yet to reach the?market place. I spoke with Ozinga Chicago this morning to get a budget cost for Cast in Place 3000 psi and learned that costs have gone up in?the past week.


As of today concrete costs around Chicago are trending at $192/cy for 3000psi.
