This Sierra Madre, CA home was purchased with a back-yard concrete BBQ that was painted black. Other than the over-heating issue, the concrete was also sloped inward and retain water every time it rained. So #TileAndStonePro came to the rescue again. We took all the paint off as well as fixed the water issue with some grinding of the edges. Polished and sealed the concrete, and here you go...
