Concord Commercial Sells Loudon Corner Lot

Litchfield represents 1.5 acre parcel at lighted intersection

Concord Commercial Real Estate is pleased to announce the sale of land at the corner of Route 106 and 129.  Brenda Litchfield of Concord Commercial marketed the property on behalf the seller, the estate of Harry S. Hill. The buyer, Maple Tree Trust and Alan Bissonette, represented by Eddie Lassonde of Home Key Realty, will establish the headquarters for New England Ladders, a specialty ladder business, at the 1.5 acre property. According to town records, the property sold for $120,000.
