ConCon 2022 - Conscious Leadership Think Tank

ConCon 2022 - Conscious Leadership Think Tank

What is the most conscious response to these situations and what are the most conscious ways to avoid them?

  • Your employee disparaged someone and it was caught on social media.
  • An employee seems to be on chronic disability while the rest of the team is overburdened carrying the extra weight. You are now losing people. Funding for a temporary replacement has been denied.
  • You joined a DEI committee. A new leader is assigned to oversee it but has stated outright there is no support and none will be lobbied.
  • Your company has no dress code, but an employee is wearing what others in the office deem as inappropriate and the wrong image for the company.
  • A leader you respect dismisses an objection to language that could be considered anti-Semitic from another leader who is higher up.
  • You found out that your company’s leadership, Legal department, and Human Resources office covered up sexual abuse from a C-level executive who was “quietly” let go with huge severance.
  • You have been ordered to release an employee who has confided in you about a substance abuse struggle.

These are everyday encounters conscious leaders attempt to navigate.

During ConCon 2022 November 16 from 1-4 PM ET, we invite you to offer your own and be a part of the conscious conversation that will help you and other conscious leaders better navigate these and other situations consciously.?Any leader aspiring to be more conscious can submit situations that have challenged them . (There is an option to remain anonymous.) Those who register to attend will have priority to have their situations addressed. Participation in ConCon2022 is free this year, but registration is required .

Additionally, we’ll discuss the following:

If we were to co-create a whole new conscious system for the workforce in innovation to solve today’s problems that prosper yet still include putting resources back into the planet while enabling people to honor all of their basic and aspirational needs, what would that look like?

  • What would organizations look like?
  • What would leadership look like?
  • What would hiring look like?
  • What would firing look like?

We will also be awarding the 2nd annual Conscious Leadership Award. Do you have someone in your life who has exemplified conscious leadership and inspired you to walk a more conscious career path? Nominate them to win so they can inspire many others!?
