Conclusion - Creativity and Flow

Conclusion - Creativity and Flow

In my book Work Smart, I described how the pandemic made me realize the importance of creativity and flow in my own life. I learned that creativity was not a luxury, it was a necessity. I felt stuck, and I struggled to communicate effectively in the virtual workplace. I wanted to learn how to tell better stories. I wanted to embrace my creative side and work smarter.

Writing this book was a new/scary/exciting/creative endeavor. I stepped out of my comfort zone to share personal stories. I challenged my own assumptions about work. I re-examined my own time management, communication, and Empathy skills and found ways to improve. It wasn’t easy and it wasn’t always fun.

?

After reading my book, I hope readers will understand more about human brain and behavior, and a lot more about the workplace. I hope you are inspired to shake things up at work and have a little fun.

?

Time is the most precious thing we have, and I sincerely appreciate your time and attention to read my articles.
