It feels weird. I don't wanted to share this, But it came to my notice that its credit is taken by some useless people who took it without my connect from my shared locations. so I want to take the credit on my own and this is the original presentation which I have done using my experience and knowledge from past 6 years starting from 2011

All though it doesn't speak in depth about any Concession in particular but it can be a Concession /NC 101

Hope this Presentation in my circle can identify the originality when some useless Managers in some Bangalore ESP( I don't wont to name) share this as there own

The way I got my presentation back itself is a very funny story

With my ex manger Request in a hope of getting job I did this Presentation with Help of my few Ex Colleagues Who we all started this activity in 2011 . one of my Ex colleague said that it may boomerang and it contains all it is required to understand the big picture. I said I trust and shared this to my Ex manager including who helped me to do it and validate it around a month back (9th and 10th of July 2017) but yesterday one of the consultant company check for a potential Opening in one of the company (not the one to people who i have shared ) and she sent the same presentation to me saying please refer and get updated which I got shocked and I asked the consultant where she got it and she said the company has shared the PPT and they have sent to all its potential candidates (with few changes removing name and layout)

This is not the first time I got my works boomerang me and one such funny incident is in 2013

I went back to my Ex Company for job opportunity and my jr took the interview and i did well but he rejected me saying nothing, after a through followup from many people from my source i came to know that he rejected me saying i am not knowing the Basics of GD&T

To funny I informed The concerned authority that The question paper Which you are using itself is the one which I (our team) designed and the Training for the person who took the interview I was the trainer for the same Course for internal training. please check back your records,

Hope many of my friends and ex colleagues know this incidents

but the one which is fresh i really regret that how CUT COPY PASTE activity is done through many useless people who take someones credit to come up the ladder and The beautiful Useless HR shares so many confidentiality item to Consulting HR Firms to reduce there burden and The Consulting HR firms sent to Potential candidates ( in my way they are Fake) to study and get ready for the interview.

I need to add a point over here today I was rejected from the customer saying he doesn't have experience in NON - Conformance activity from the HR consulting client.
