Conceptual plan Agenda for 2023/2024

One of the most important things that I want to implement in fear of my own future is to create a Creative Film Festival. But with a difference. It is a tournament setting. Where rather than showcasing more than one entry, all participants are given required to have 11 submissions of their choice.

The Tournament is vote based by the Audience which is 1 point each. However the judges will rate each person's work with a 0 to a 10; and that number determines the points that person will get (They can't lose points).

The Entry to enter will be 9.99.

The Viewing Entry will be 9.99; but if you bring five guests, it's 5.99 each; with a limit of only fifty people can get this offer. In addition to this, everyone gets a drink coupon and a free popcorn.

To make things better, under everyone's seats there is a box, and out of the boxes, the one with the "Golden Egg" not only gets their money back, but gets a reward. Those who didn't win get some random goodies.

The first 10 submissions must be under 1 min. The final submission can be up to 10 mins (as it will be used by the Semi-Finalist and Finalists of the Tournament)

The winner of the tournament gets a trophy/medal (with their name engraved on the piece)

In addition to this, I want to make it a panel for the unseen and the local community creatives. I am someone who has always disliked the idea of title for vanity purposes rather than the virtue, honor, and ideals of what is right for people. For me, I find it important to showcase people who have merit and potential for the future.

The reason why I want to design this is because I feel it would help people; and it will allow me to find people with skill, ability, talent, merit.
