As you enter this new year, think of it as a chance to shed old habits and embrace new ones that will propel you toward success.

Here's how you can apply the idea of shedding to make the most of this academic year:

1. Shedding Self-Doubt:

  • Create a list of your past academic achievements and strengths. Refer to this list whenever self-doubt creeps in.
  • Seek a mentor or counsellor for guidance and support when facing challenges.
  • Practice positive self-affirmations daily to boost your self-confidence.

2. Shedding Ineffective Study Habits:
