THE CONCEPT OF PEOPLE-(WO)MEN

People exist for people. The talents, gifts, capacities and abilities people have are for people. Anyone who has people in their lives can live in the fullness and the expectation of the fullness of the kingdom of God. There is a fullness we receive from (wo)men to enter certain dimensions of (greatness) in life, in business, in career and every other aspect.

Everything that happens in the world today happens because of an entity called (wo)man: the peace or war that we experience is brokered by (wo)men, the poverty or richness we have is brokered and or sustained by (wo)men, the wealth and abundance or lack of it that we experience in the world today have been engineered by (wo)men. The economic system that civilisation currently runs on has been designed and is being sustained by (wo)men. The policies that govern the growth or failure of systems in countries and territories are/were drafted ?and prepared by (wo)men. The only reason why there is still life on earth is because they are (wo)men. The reason why there is love and hatred in the world is not because there are animals, it is because there are (wo)men. The only reason why businesses work when you say you are a real estate mogul, you are a doctor, you are a business consultant, you are an engineer, is because it is to whom and for whom….. (wo)men. Everything revolves around men and women. Radio stations and tv stations run because at the receiving end there are people’s eyes to view and people’s ears to hear what they broadcast.

How can an entire civilisation run on (wo)men yet we never seek to understand them? We seek to understand economies, clothes, oil, gold, trees, soil and every other thing but (wo)men. What is a (wo)man, what is in this (wo)man that even God the Creator is so mindful of him(er) to the extent that God Himself wants to reside and make him(er) His temple?and satan also on the other hand wants his(er) soul? What is in a (wo)man? We look for oil and ignore (wo)men, we protect money and leave (wo)men unprotected, we put fences around land and ignore (wo)men and fight them away like they were the enemy. We run after gold at the expense of (wo)men who dig for it??

The most abundant secret to our blessing here on this earth moves around us everyday yet we can trade it a thousand times for money, or settle for gold. We protect things more than we protect (wo)men. We think we are alright with the gold and safe without the (wo)men. Think about this for a moment what would happen if everyone in the entire world simultaneously ?fell into a comma, except you…I will tell you. You will first run to the bank and might take all the money, run to a safe and enter the mall to buy all the things you have wished for. You might feel that there is no one to threaten you and that everything that you feared ?is no longer a threat because you are alone. But how long will your alone moment last? Even after you have collected all that you needed and wanted? The only reason why we live and everybody has something to do is because a (wo)man is still alive.? So what is a (wo)man? Who is this person? Don’t you think this calls for a study, a deeper understanding? ?When a (wo)man designs something people want to see what will come out of it, when (wo)men build houses, people want to know the end results.? Everything on earth happens because of (wo)men. ?Every business succeeds because there is (wo)man to provide that value and there is a (wo)man to purchase that value.

When you consider and ponder about (wo)men. You consider the very spiritual significance of having the gift of (wo)men into your life, your business and organisation. When man was created, God said it was not good for man to be alone. So He created eve to be his helper. The gift of (wo)men lies in the mystery of help. If you can find another human being (wo)man) who sticks close to you and helps you, you are not in luck but blessed. Every time a (wo)man comes into the vicinity of any person or anything, the atmosphere shifts either positively or negatively. This means that if we ignore (wo)men, we ignore more than a personality.....we are driving out a realm of realities and certain possibilities in our lives.? In fact in ancient times, when kings had men, they were called wealthy, not just because they had an arsenal of people to fight but in the multitude of men, is the King’s honour. And not just Kings, in the multitude of the right (wo)men, a person (business entity or individual) finds rest! Every religion fights for (wo)men, every kingdom fights for (wo)men. The only reason why nations fight nations is to find territories that can accommodate more of their (wo)men. All the wars that happen on this earth is for or against (wo)men. The friends that we have, family, relatives, colleagues and all those connected with us are (wo)men.

What is (wo)man and what is in a (wo)man?

The last person that you drove away from your life, what/whom did you drive away? The last person you did not feed, the one who shouted at, the one you didn’t care about, the one you did not show affection to, the one you ignored? This entity called (wo)man is more than just a personality. ?The people and businesses who have understood this flourish at quantum levels. If all you see when you look at someone is just another person …, if all you see is colour, or country of origin, or how they look, you will be cheated out of your greatness!

Certain things you should understand about (wo)men:

Wo)men in themselves are not perfect entities.

If you are looking for a perfect husband, a perfect employee, a perfect wife, a perfect friend. You will not find. At first sight, you will meet loud, foolish or slow (wo)men....Things judged as authentic. However,? it should not be enough reason for you to just throw them away or rub them off. Any (wo)man whom you get into contact with, holds a certain key in this kingdom. For some reason God hid His possibilities in people. The consecration of these possibilities of God in men is what made (wo)man the highest of God’s creation. ?

2. The attitude and the behaviour of (wo)men good or bad does not stop you from receiving what they carry. The blessings in men do not come in the package you expect. This is where the famous saying that a customer is always right came about. That no matter how a customer comes, as long as they are interested in the good or service, they are right!

Our destinies are wo(men) dependant, our prosperity, the quality of ?life here on earth is (wo)men dependent, ?success and the success of any business or country is (wo)men dependent. The advancement of good or evil, the fulfilment of prophesy on earth.? Everything in this life has already been established spiritually but awaiting a (wo)man to align with it to make it happen. There has to be an envoy to agree to perform evil or good, to bring success or failure upon a person, upon a product or upon a service.

Implications of (wo)men in ?life and business:

1.??????? They are the custodians of wisdom, ideas and strategies.

The only entity that is able to convey wisdom, strategies and ideas is (wo)man. Every time a (wo)man shows up in your life,? they carry wisdom, ideas and strategies even if they might not come in the package you expected. So if you drive that (wo)man away, you did not just drive away a personality, you drove away a custodian of something. (Wo)men personify wisdom because wisdom only moves in and through (wo)men. The conveyors of strategies and ideas and wisdom are (wo)men. Anytime you want to move to a new dimension in your life, God sends a (wo)man. That (wo)man can represent the wisdom, strategy or idea that you need for the next level of your life or business. Many businesses are grounded because they do not have the wisdom to discern the (wo)men they need for their next level. When wo(men) come to you, it is not just human beings coming, they are humans ladened with wisdom, strategies and ideas, it is upon you to have the wisdom to discern which one of them you need at what specific time. Every time you meet people, do not meet them as just another human, meet them with a mind that is ready to receive what is inside of them with wisdom.

Just like when you order a product , the product comes packaged to you no matter where they have been ordered from. Every time you see such a package, you are eager to unravel and see what is inside.? The next time you see a human being come to you,? begin to rejoice because that human being is not just a personality but a present that needs unwrapping. When you look ?at ?(wo)men only as personalities, you will drive angles or miracles out of your life.? (wo)men are the vehicles that God uses to transport wisdom, strategies and ideas for you and your next level of destiny.

If you are in an organisation or business and you have employees, one day, just ask the employees to anonymously ?write down what they think would make your business or organisation rise to the next level of impact. ?You will be amazed of how much wisdom, strategies and ideas the people have that would make you enter a quantum lift! That is the gift of (wo)men!

Do you know that the answer to your prayer item is not far from you? It is just that you do not have the eyes to see it yet! Every answer to what you pray for is shrouded in a (wo) man. The secret to your financial? hardship, to that business deal, the secret to your dream job, somebody is walking with the answer, and that person might even be with you everyday, just passing you, and at times might even give you a little encouragement here and there if you engage them but when you discern that (wo)men are conveyers of ideas, strategies and wisdom, you will begin to deliberately unwrap the (wo(men) that you meet ?like gifts….That is the mystery of (wo(men).

Many of us have had people help us solve problems in our life and sometimes we were surprised not at the solutions they gave but that they were the custodians of the solutions we needed. We then realise that they were present all along but we missed out because we did not discern their presence and or unwrap the gift they brought in time. How many businesses go around looking for answers to solutions that the employees they have can solve? Every time you pray and you see (wo)men come to your attention, stand up and rejoice! They might be the people whom have annoyed you but, listen and learn!

Who gave Naaman the secret to his health? Wasn’t it the slave girl?, ?the slave girl meant she did not have the prerequisite education, training or regiment. Yet, it was her who told Naaman about Elisha, the prophet and when he listened and heeded to her, he was healed. Could it be that since 10 years ago, you or your business would have risen to quantum level but you kept rejecting the answer because it did not come in the package you were expecting?

God give me strategies, you pray….then a cleaner happens to bring tea to your office and tries to tell you of an idea and you brush it off because (s)he is a cleaner...... Only God knows how many people He has sent with answers to our prayers, but we drove them away because they did not come in the package that we expected our answers in.

2.??????? (Wo)men are the conveyers of endorsements and opportunities.

If no (wo)man endorses you in this life, you will never rise.? When pharmaceutical companies produce drugs, they say this drug has been endorsed by some authority or entity. When someone runs for a high office, they are endorsed by certain personalities. We trivialise endorsements while individuals and companies have entered million dollars statuses overnight because of endorsements. People have gotten jobs, admissions and elevations because of endorsements. Somebody who has entered in loyalty with people must speak on your behalf otherwise the gates might not open. Show me who is speaking on behalf of your business or your career. When someone endorses you, he or she takes his sacrifice and gives you to trade with. Many people, and businesses lack endorsements. There are many people who would have gotten jobs if there were people who endorsed them. A one minute phone call can turn someone’s life or business ?around. When you see a man that can endorse you, no sacrifice to maintain the relationship becomes too much because you understand the implication of that person’s reputation to your destiny. Listen, not every voice can lift you, it is only the voice that has been accredited that can speak over your life. Can (wo)men change people’s life? Yes they can.

People have received partnerships over night because of endorsement. So, do not wait until you get a track record. The condition that was available to create that truck record for another may not be available for you. Leverage on someone else’s sacrifice (the reward that people have obtained from their track record). Those who understand this never get stranded. The voice that? speaks for you is the ladder that you will use for your rising. It takes the right voice to speak on your behalf. Who has endorsed you? ?Jesus was endorsed by prophetess Anna and Simeon. John the Baptist was the one who said, behold the lamb of God. in the world of competition and the need for authenticity, somebody must endorse you in the presence of everybody. Your value can speak for itself but not by itself. Do not be angry if (Wo)men do not endorse you, why should they endorse you when your value has not spoke?

Endorsement rise destinies and make destinies fall. The same way a (wo)man can be influential in your rising, is the same way also in your falling. Some people’s rising has been cut short due to negative endorsements. Customers are a good endorsement to products and services. There are people or businesses whose passed was tarnished by negative endorsement. If you or your business has faced a hard past, you need a voice who can speak on your behalf saying this is not Saul who persecuted Christians but Paul who is now converted. ?The blessing that comes to people, businesses, and organisations, is people.

How many music artists have beautiful voices but no one to endorse them? What opportunities have you been given or are you looking for everything by yourself? Who has called you and said there is an opportunity I cannot handle now but I know you can ?? The Bible says the way of a fool is hard. Not because (s)he does not know the way but because (s)he is not sure which way to go. Who is helping you in this unfair world of business or are you acting as unfair as them and think by this way you have found help? ?Who is the voice to stand for you and endorse you?

3.??????? Access to financial and material resources.

Every material and financial resource that you are praying for is currently in the hands of a (wo)man. There are (wo)men who are generous enough to change your life and your business. It is just you to find them.? It is a false understanding to believe that everyone in this earth is greedy.? There are absolute benevolent human beings and your own prize is to win their hearts. There are still people who are wiling to bless you without asking for anything in return. They just want to bless you. Think of your blessings appearing/disappearing because you have won/destroyed somebody. The money that you need is in some (wo)man hands right now they just need to find value in you to be able to release it to you. You can sell anything but it will take a (wo)man to buy it for you to receive the profit.

4.??????? (Wo)men have spiritual privilege

There is a dimension in (wo)men called the spiritual privilege. Their presence can guarantee you access to impartation- the transfer of grace for possibilities. Men move according to the dimensions of graces that work in them.? No matter how loud you call for help, if you ignore (wo)men, you might not enter certain graces in your destiny.? Prophetic push is capital, it can bless your life and wipe your tears. Don’t wait to see people performing miracles for you to believe that they can. People have king anointing. If what you are looking for is someone else's results to justify their importance, then you might lose on a King who has not sat on the throne. There is also a gift in becoming. King makers never become kings themselves but they anoint kings to thrones. There are people who carry graces. They may not physically look like it but there are millionaire in their becoming. Many people miss on this. They judge someone on how they look only to find out that they judged wrongly. ?Prophesy is both creative and revelatory. The more superior dimension of prophesy is the creative dimension. The revelatory gives you faith and direction. When you have the direction and you get to the end of your road, you need the creative dimension where someone can look at your life and introduce a reality that is beyond this realm. They open your eyes to see things you can be capable of achieving. Anointing is an advantage.? Ability to speak realities into being. Everything that appears comes from an unseen realm. By this time tomorrow, Elisha said. One of the ministries of the prophetic is the clock must ring and bring results. So something that could have happened next year can happen now by the prophetic.

Have you received the strategies, the wisdom the ideas, have you received endorsement, the accreditations? Have you received financial and material resources, Have you received prophetic blessings? Have you received help? Anyone who tells you that God cannot fast track the life of men, is joking. God is the creator and He understands our deficiency and lack. People have risen and done things you cannot imagine. One of the gifts that God has given freely is the gift of (wo)men.

The gift of (wo)men is greater than money.? There are things money cannot buy. If you labour and receive 50 dollars, and another person receives a gift of 50 dollars. These monies are not the same? In one instance, your sweat was drained for the money and in another there was a boost. I encourage diligence but in the mystery of life you do not need to work for everything, some things you only need to align to the destiny of God upon your life. Your lifetime is not enough to get every result by working, you need an advantage and that advantage is shrouded in (wo)men not oil, not real estate, not gold, IN MEN.

Who have you ignored in your life? Whose voice have you cancelled just because they didn’t come in the package you liked? Who must speak for you or your business in this season? Who is ready to do everything for you not to lack?? Life without (wo(men) to speak for you and over you is a life without favour. Who can cover you, who can cover your business? who can step in and say, I will help you? Some people call them god fathers, some people call them partners in business…no matter what you call them, i call it the gift of (wo)men! ?You can work hard, be very gifted, you can graduate and you can have multiple certificates…. and you may not get anywhere if the only signature you have in life is the one on your certificates. Life always speaks back at you and says no, I need another signature, this signature on the certificate is too regular….everybody seems to have it, Who can back you up? (wo)men!

There are four categories of men every (person, organisation or business) needs to have:

Divine Connectors: The people who are not able to help you with what you need but they know people who can and they can connect you to them.

(Wo)men of positive influence: These are people who are ready to invest their credibility and track record? to help you in your life, your business or organisation.

Gifted people: The men and women who are able to produce results. There are things in life and business that need results not just endorsements.

Burden bearers: The assignment of a burden bearer is not to move you forward, but to stop you from going backward. (Wo)men who stand by you no matter what comes your way.

There is more in (wo)men than personality. There is more in (wo)men. They are conveyers of and to greatness!
