Instruction is given in two ways; instruction by order, and instruction by or through teaching.
Instruction by order
Order is defined by the command, the direction and the directive. Command is the knowledge from authority to control the outcome. It requires expertise in the matter, understanding, appreciation, area of operation and leadership.
The direction is the way and trend of management to guide the path, focus and vision of the instructed. Directive is the instruction or message being passed on.
Instruction through teaching
Teaching involves training, education and progressive knowledge. Training involves exercising people to prepare them for an aim. It involves drills, guidance, physical activity, direction from the trainer and focus from the trainer wheras progressive knowledge is the process of acquiring knowledge, studying and hearing from others in the examples they set and classes/sessions/sermons taught. It involves sessions, periods of learning, morals, experiences, warnings, direction and messages.
However, education is all about a culture that is built around learning of knowledge and skills. It involves both culture and learning.
Culture
Culture is a way of being in terms of;
Philosophy
Philosophy is the state of a person and connections they have. It informs and directs how an individual manages their responsibility to the world and it's people. Philosophy is our understanding and how we manage our character, attitude, spirit, code of conduct and moral beliefs.
In philosophy, we measure our value in terms of standards, prices, what we aim for, where we stand, what we fight for, what we appreciate and what we learn. This means being responsible for what you believe, it's cost, it's meaning, how far it goes, it's worth, profit, what you feel about it and it's morals.
Philosophy represents our principles, codes, rules and sources. It represents our opinions, methods, causes and assumptions. It is a summation of our beliefs, what we have gathered from social politics, our confidence, our attitude and faith. It represents our views, way of life, trust, thinking, ideas and conviction.
Art, Music and Literature
Art is the expression of skills of creative nature such as drawing, sculpturing, graphics as well as expression of talents and abilities in unique ways. Music is used and has been used since ages past to represent an act of brotherhood and kindness that brings people together, comforts them and directs how they should feel. Literature on the other hand is expression of identity in speech, writing or unique form.
Civilization
Civilization is society associated with high standards. It is the reason we have groups, circles, clubs, organizations, meetings and leagues. It involves a tradition that creates rituals, habits, beliefs and practices. There are customs that govern taxes, trading and morals to ensure responsibility when making payments, doing business and managing the code of conduct and way of life.
It is important that people come from a similar background in order to preserve the culture. The way of life guides people's lifestyle and behavior in terms of habits, routines, practices, methods of making a living and life choices. The common background gives a specific group of people context, information about them is consistent and their history represents themselves in their environment, setting, circumstances, life experience, social classes and achievements.
Sophistication
Sophistication is refinement and modification of existing cultures. It represents the improvement, elegance, style, finesse, delicacy, subtilty, maturity and culture instilled in a person or thing. It involves cultivation of a desired quality, and developing it to gain promotion and encouragement. It involves polishing what exists to improve it and make it shine to show brilliance, grace, smoothness, perfection, status and neatness.

Sophistication is the taste based on the choices made out of experience. We come into contact with it, prefer it, get a hint of it, become fond of it until it sets the class we live in.
The order in finding
MINDSET: What we find is instruction to our lives; to record, speak or express it is for our own benefit; to act upon it is for the common good of everyone and to teach it is for the benefit of others.
HEART: Finding is the entire responsibility of man towards His existence. To find is to involve yourself into something until you have sufficient proof of it's existence.
WILL: Anointing is the blessing to receive man's purpose but the faith we attach to it is our dedication to that purpose.
How to find what we have been instructed?
The results of following instruction is to obtain what was hidden, realize a potential that is birthed within, attain credibility and trust, understanding the direction that is set and achieve our life's purpose.
The benefits of instruction in our lives is to help us learn what we ought to, observe from people who have gone before us, notice patterns that create the overall picture and become aware of the possibilities that are available if we only believe.
What we need to know about executing an instruction
Following an instruction is better than practicing a skill in the same environment.
Instruction is given to you so that it can be taught to others.
There has to be time to study and course yourself in the instruction. It takes usually 3 years at least to attract favor, master the skill in wisdom, articulate the knowledge and interprete it enough to have the ability to stand before great men.
Instruction needs humility and diligence in the ways of the Lord.
The most important thing is the instruction above any other opinion.
The instruction or mandate is improved by becoming wiser.
Instruction is personal.
Instruction is brought before the public to men with understanding.
Teach your instruction to the people who are associated with the instruction in private and build on the foundation that is agreed upon.
Begin as a child and become wise as you work out your salvation.
