Concept of Happiness

Recently I was asked if I was happy. Now, on the face, this is a good question. One that shows you care. And if someone isn’t happy, that you can solve the problem of their happiness.
This got me thinking deeper on the question, in both a personal life and work life setting, and how they differ. Or should they differ?
Because in life, we want to be happy. We want to enjoy what we are doing. The reality is we aren’t going to always enjoy what we are doing at any given moment. Whether it is the Honey-Do list or the Boss’ – Do – List.
So I keep asking myself questions. Because with questions come answers. The more questions we can ask ourselves, the more answers we’ll get. Okay, so happiness.
Now, this isn’t to mean that if you are in a funk, you shouldn’t get out of it. You should. Absolutely. Typically, this means you have to dig to the actual problem and get some resolution.
After much thought, a lot of writing. Physically, with pen and paper, as I do my best thinking this way. I came to this conclusion on personal happiness and this ties directly to goal setting and why most people don’t achieve their goals...
