CONCEPT to COMPLETION

Over the last couple of years STAC have been complimented for delivering exactly what was proposed or envisioned at the very outset of the design process.

We wondered why we were being praised for delivering exactly what was promised at design presentations 6 months to a year prior to completion.  Doesn't every design practice deliver their vision as they had originally designed / conceived it?

From the very outset of the design process STAC look at and resolve every last detail / junction in order to present a scheme that is as resolved and close to what can be ultimately delivered.  We work closely with our 3D visualiser over a period of up to a month to deliver visuals that can be easily understood and are a true representation of what the client is likely to receive.  It is through this process that we iron out all design details in order to present a scheme that we truly believe is best for the project.

Attached are 2 examples of what was presented then ultimately delivered..... from Concept to Completion we do our very best not to deviate from the original, signed off design intent so as to minimise on variations and give the client what they had originally signed up to.

As technology gets better, so will the visuals we produce.  We look forward to evolving alongside technology to bring about true representations of our designs and use the process to get ever closer to the end result even before we put a spade in the ground.
