Comrade or COME RAID?

Comrade or COME RAID?

On the day His President was sweating blood to convince Nigerians about the institution of democracy by celebrating it on a date that resonates with history, elsewhere, 'Comrade' Adam's Oshiomole, National Chairman of APC was orchestrating the violation of democratic principles through a compromised screening committee.

June 12 is not an ordinary day. It is a day Nigerians voted across religious and ethnic divides. The northern Kano state looked beyond their own son Bashir Tofa and chose MKO Abiola.

A day the Christian South turned a blind eye to a Muslim Muslim ticket in Abiola and Kingibe to vote massively for the Social Democratic Party SDP.

If anything, 1993 shows the problem of Nigerians is not religion or ethnicity, neither is it poverty or illiteracy. These factors existed then in varying proportions, but in spite of them, we made our choice. Let's remember that!

A comrade is someone who lives a life of sacrifice for the betterment of society. A life of service to humanity. He has a socialist mindset and a communist lifestyle.

What did a comrade oversee on June 12? A day that stands out. A day that unites us in grief. A day that reminds us of our pain and loss. A day Nigerians became mentally independent, only to be politically castrated. A day Nigeria was violated and extorted like a common shop keeper at the mercy of an overlord.

What did the comrade do on this day? He gagged principles, tore the clothes of the parties' constitution to shreds, exposed her nakedness, and raped democracy, bleeding conscience white.

Are these attributes of a Comrade or the actions of one who has COME to RAID?

Be the judge.

But regardless of where you stand, Posterity is an Honourable time keeper...
