Compton Verney Art Gallery and Park celebrates Heritage Open Day

This year, on Friday 8 September, discover our stunning grounds, our eye-popping exhibitions and our six diverse permanent collections all for free!

Discover the unique delights of Compton Verney Art Gallery & Park, where there’s something for everyone to enjoy.

Escape the everyday to wander through our historic ‘Capability’ Brown landscape, marvel at our dazzling Seurat to Riley exhibition or have fun in our outdoor adventure playground. Learn all about the beautiful grounds by speaking to the grounds team or simply kick back and relax among the lime trees.

There are many tours available throughout the day, offering you the chance to explore Compton Verney:

11.00am - British Folk Art Tour

11.30am - Chapel Tour

12.00pm - Exhibition Tour

2.00pm - British Folk Art Tour

2.30pm - Exhibition Tour

3.00pm - Chapel Tour
