Basic requirements
1 The design of the centrifugal compressor bearing

4 The impeller of the centrifugal compressor should be subjected to an overspeed test
5 The rotor of the centrifugal compressor should undergo a dynamic balance test
6 If the critical speed of the centrifugal compressor rotor is lower than the minimum working speed, the critical speed design should be less than 85% of the minimum working speed. If the critical speed of the centrifugal compressor rotor is higher than the maximum working speed, the critical speed design should be greater than the maximum working speed. 120% of rotational speed.
7 The materials of the centrifugal oxygen compressor should be selected with high ignition temperature and slow burning speed in oxygen, which can avoid explosion and ensure the safe operation of the unit. The casing should be made of castings that are not easily deformed and comply with relevant regulations. The impeller material should be made of high-strength stainless steel specially designed for oxygen compressors.
8 The impeller of the centrifugal oxygen compressor should be made of an integral or fully welded structure. In the narrow channel impeller, a riveted, brazed or plug welded structure can be used, but no gaps should be left.
9 The cylinder and cylinder packing of the piston oxygen compressor should be lubricated without oil.

10 The cylinder stuffing box of the piston oxygen compressor should be made of copper alloy material. When the cylinder working pressure is greater than 2.0MPa, the piston body should also be made of copper alloy material. The piston ring and cylinder packing should be made of oxygen-compatible materials.
11 The casing temperature and exhaust temperature of the centrifugal oxygen compressor should not exceed 175°C. The gas exhaust temperature of the reciprocating piston ring oxygen compressor should not exceed 170°C, and the gas exhaust temperature of the reciprocating labyrinth piston oxygen compressor should not exceed 195°C.
12 The mid-section surfaces of parts such as casings and partitions that are in contact with oxygen should be sealed with sealing ropes that can be used in oxygen environments, and sealant should not be applied.
13 The surfaces in contact with oxygen in the oxygen compressor (including auxiliary equipment) should be degreased and cleaned. After degreasing, the amount of grease residue on the surface should meet the following requirements:
——Centrifugal oxygen compressor body ≤100 mg/m?2?;
——Piston oxygen compressor body ≤125 mg/m?2?;
——Auxiliary equipment ≤125 mg/m?2?.
13 The surface of the flow channel in contact with the gas of the centrifugal cycle supercharger and the booster end of the expander where the gas directly enters the air separation cold box should be degreased. The degreasing method and the inspection and evaluation method of grease residue should comply with the provisions of JB/T 6896.
