Solutions to adversities can be countered not entirely from past encounters. Past encounters only serves as a learning curve and adversities are learning tools to deliberate and ascertain ideal solutions to better manage adversities. However, we need to be aware that situations are unique on its own though seemingly may look the same.

Port congestion is one of an indicator increasing of trading activity on that region and 4 the swift solution,? change the existing Local Terminals on that Region to act to be 'Multi Purpose Terminals'? which can be accommodate break bulk vessels, containers, general cargo, liquid cargo, heavy lift Project cargos, Heavy Lift o/d o/w Cargoes, and other incoming vessels to direct alongside.... so that no more berth congestion? or? "sun bathing vessels"? at the Anchorage position again.....
