Compound identification and structure elucidation in Molecule Profiler software v1.3

Compound identification and structure elucidation in Molecule Profiler software v1.3

Hi there, I am Yunyun Zou, Technical Product Manager for software at SCIEX. Today, I’m eager to share the exciting news: the release of the Molecule Profiler software version 1.3 that a lot of customers have been waiting for.

You may or may not be aware, Molecule Profiler software is intergraded into the SCIEX OS software ecosystem and provides customizable solutions for compound identification and structure elucidation for various types of compounds: small molecules, ionizable lipids, synthetic peptides, synthetic oligonucleotides and ADCs.

In this release of Molecule Profiler software version 1.3, we expanded the software capability to support innovative electron activated dissociation (EAD) fragmentation from the ZenoTOF 7600 system and apply it for small molecule metabolite identification, as well as ionizable lipids impurity analysis.

I have three short but sweet videos to share with you; if you like what you see, please share!

1. What is Molecule Profiler software and what is it capable of?

2. What is the new consolidated EAD/CID fragmentation process and data review for the small molecule metabolite identification solution like?

3. How to apply EAD fragmentation and data review for the ionizable lipids impurity analysis solution
