(1) Film forming substance: Resin is the foundation of coating film formation, also known as base material, and is the main component for bonding pigments and fillers to form a continuous film.

(2) Pigments: endow powder coatings with covering power and color.

(3) Filler: Increase the durability and wear resistance of powder coating under certain conditions, reduce the shrinkage rate of the coating, and lower costs.

(4) Additives: used to increase the film-forming properties of powder coatings, improve or eliminate coating defects, or create texture in the coating.

(5) Functional components: endow the coating with certain special functions, such as conductivity, camouflage, flame retardancy, etc.

(6)There are many varieties of powder coatings, each with different properties and uses. Powder coatings can be classified according to film-forming substances, coating methods, coating functions, and coating appearance.
