Components of a Model Area

Creating a model area is critical in your lean journey. Everytime i have used this implementation tool it has worked very well. It gives you a place to experiment with new concepts and gives you an area that can become your benchmark allowing other areas to see how it works before implementing in their areas. The highlighted area indicates a minimum for having a model area.
