7 个月Whatkind of compliance or security you are advertizing ?? https://www.biometricupdate.com/202406/kaspersky-finds-critical-vulnerabilities-in-zkteco-biometric-access-control-terminal When we asked updated firmware fixing vulnerabillities it tooks 5 weeks to struggle with your most incompetent and ignorant staff who even didnt realize the topic of a ticket we created. And then finally we realized noone in you company even didnt know about these massive vulnerabilites. Whit what your security officer is spending hes time ?? How hard is to monitor CVS database ?! How did you get your ISO27001 sertification ? Seems there is no option to escalate claim to your auditing partner as we dont see any option then replace all your solutions with alternatives.. Shame!
