We operate in a context of perpetual volatility, fleeting control and diminished predictability, and stakeholders expect leaders to assimilate corporate integrity commitments into their operations and culture.  In this environment, Resilience requires both a commitment to Core Values and a cohesive, multi-disciplinary team with the flexibility to respond to change.

In this “Post-CSR” and “Beyond-Compliance” environment, "doing the right thing" has become a demonstrable part of value creation. Organizations need a more holistic and interdependent framework for harnessing risk to build a more resilient state of competitiveness.
