IT and complexity.

IT is complex because of all the islands and more and more knowledge is required. With cloud, hybrid, one application is running on premise while another part is running hybrid. Sometimes we running more than one clod provided for different applications. We also see more and more outages because of this. We need to bundle knowledge and make it less complex. We building layer on top of the next layer and so on until finally everything failed.
