Mary Benson, a twenty-year-old alluring, smart, caring and loving Zoology three hundred level undergraduate at the University of Il?rin (UNIL?RIN) is the only daughter to one of the Senior Advocates of Nigeria (SAN) Gabriel Benson and Doctor Magdalene Benson. She is the roommate and best friend to Oluwaf?lak?mi Green, a twenty-year-old three hundred level Botany student.?
Oluwagbemiga Green, a twenty-one-year-old four hundred level Fisheries and Aquaculture student of UNIL?RIN is a handsome, smart, loving and caring guy who happens to be the brother of Mary’s best friend.?
Gbemiga sighted Mary for the first time at his sister’s and Mary’s eighteenth birthday celebration. Her beauty caught him off guard that he was almost at the verge of wooing her but he came back to his senses that he was making a wrong move because it was their first time getting acquainted with each other. The following day, he asked his sister all about Mary who told her that she is a very wonderful being which makes him calm and long to have her.
Sunday of the following week of their meeting, he collected Mary’s number from his sister which F?la was hesitant to give out and because of this, F?la told her brother that she would need to ask for permission from Mary, which he understood and agreed to. On Monday of that same week, Mary accepted that her friend should give out her number to Gbemiga, and the Wednesday of that week, Gbemiga and Mary started talking. This, they did for two weeks and they related with each other as if they have known each other for ages.?
After a month, Gbemiga decided to make it official by taking her out on a date to a closer restaurant next to the school which Gbemiga spoiled her silly but timidity took the best of her. Gbemiga and Mary’s romantic relationship blossomed that other students became jealous of them.?
At the convocation ceremony, Gbemiga comes out as the Best Graduating Student with a fully funded scholarship to the highest educational level (Doctorate) to attend Brown University, Providence, Rhode Island, the United States of America. Hearing that, Mary becomes devastated but seeing her face, Gbemiga tells her that he would go for the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) scheme first, and by then, she would have been done with her undergraduate degree.?
The following year, Gbemiga gets posted to Ibadan for NYSC while Mary and F?la become the Best Graduating Students of their departments. Gbemiga works as a Research Analyst for Worldfish located in Ibadan as his Place of Primary Assignment (PPA).?
Immediately Gbemiga finished his NYSC, he decides to get married which Mary also is not against because she would have gotten married while being an undergraduate if she was opportune to, but her parents kick against and despise their child married as a university student.?
Mary takes Gbemiga to see her parents which he becomes familiar to them but they could not place where they know him from, not until Gbemiga spoke because his voice did not change from his childhood and also Gbemiga looks like Mr. Benson’s paternal grandfather, just that Robert (Baba ?y?) as he was called because he lived in ?y? Ile was dark-skinned but Gbemiga is chocolate in complexion make the Benson couple remember where they know him from. Gbemiga happens to be their long lost son who they named Micheal in the sense that when he was five years old, he and Mary were taken to greet their paternal grandparents but got lost when he decided to go and play with his friends, and some minutes after, he playfully walked away from home. The Benson couple and grandparents searched all over for Gbemiga but he was nowhere to be found.???
Micheal was seen by a couple who had been barren for a decade in the people of Oluwa??gunay?funmi and Ade??wa Green who renamed him Gbemiga. Mr. and Mrs. Green treated Gbemiga like their biological son, and a year later, they were blessed with their own MINI ME whom they named F?lak?mi.?
Hearing what her parents said which she believes is a fabricated story makes her tell Gbemiga to allow them visit his parents which they did, and that was the following day being a Sunday. After the pleasantries, Gbemiga asks his adopted parents if he was truly their son which they were hesitant to tell him. This makes Mary believe her parents. Because of this, she immediately leaves the Greens’ residence while in a brood state that she gets hit by a car and she has lots of injuries, especially on her legs, and by the time Gbemiga and his adoptive parents would come out, she had been taken by the hitter.?
Immediately, Gbemiga goes to meet his biological parents to explain what had happened to them and hearing that, they didn’t know what to do. Meanwhile, Mary is taken to the hitter’s house where she gets to know that she (Victoria Green) is a midwife. Victoria is married to Victor Green and a mother of a son (Louise). Louise is a twenty-one-year-old Mass Communication graduate from the University of Lagos (UNILAG). Victoria takes care of Mary who is still amazed at the story she has heard from her parents.?

While being with Victoria, Louise develops feelings towards Mary but is scared to tell her because of what made them know each other because he hates taking advantage of vulnerable people. He decided to wait for a while before asking her out which he told his mother, Victoria he likes Mary. Victoria tells him that he should not ask her out yet which he tells her he is not either that he is waiting for the perfect time.?
After two years of taking care of Mary, Victoria tries her best to convince Mary to go back home so that her parents can see and know she is hale and hearty, but Mary outrightly disagrees that Victoria has stopped talking about going to see her family with Mary again, until one day when Mr. and Mrs. Green (Gbemiga’s adoptive parents) come to visit Victoria as Mr. Green is the twin brother of Victoria’s husband, Oluwa?inairefunmi.?
Seeing Mary at his brother’s house makes Mr. Green call Gbemiga that she has been found at his brother’s house and immediately Gbemiga comes to his adoptive uncle’s abode. Seeing Gbemiga again makes Mary want to shed tears and run away but it is too late as Gbemiga comes with his biological parents.?
Seeing her parents makes her wonder how they can keep such a secret of having a sibling not to talk of a brother from her which they understand as well, but the response they give her is that they believe he was dead because they didn’t see him for more than a decade. She then tells them that notwithstanding, they ought to have told her because she believed she is an only child and she has been craving to have someone to share things and play with for a long time. She immediately forgives her parents considering the fact that one should not be mad or angry at one’s parents as they are the gateway to one’s Paradise, especially mothers.?
Hearing that, her parents apologize to her which she forgives them and trash away the thought of her and Gbemiga being an item which is difficult but she makes it possible that within a month, they (Gbemiga and Mary) behave like siblings while they take F?la as their sister that Gbemiga celebrates their birthdays for them by inviting his and their friends.?
Two months later, Louise finds the courage to woo Mary who tells him YES which gladdens Louise. Mary tells F?la that Louise has asked her out and she said YES, F?la gets gay because Mary is still back in her family through her cousin. Three months later, Gbemiga starts his educational voyage, but he gets admitted for the PhD straight while Louise, Mary and F?la are sponsored by Mr. Benson for their Masters degree at Brown University as well but instead Brown University admits the trio into its Mass Communication, Zoology and Botany Doctoral Programs.
While undergoing their Doctorate degree programs, Gbemiga seeing that he and F?la are not in any way related to each other has started developing feelings towards F?la but gets scared that if he tells her, she would become annoyed at him so he erases that from his mind. Meanwhile, F?la had always liked Gbemiga because he always treated her with respect, love and care (traits she adores in a significant other) since childhood but being siblings, she thought, discouraged her from saying anything to him.?
But now that they have found out they are not brother and sister makes it easier for F?la to approach Gbemiga because F?la is a straightforward and blunt woman which Gbemiga knows. Hearing that makes Gbemiga say YES because F?la has made it easier for him.?
After a year, the quartet become Doctors within their educational courses and the couples do a double wedding because they get married two months after their PhD graduation which falls on the twenty-seventh birthday celebration of Mary and F?la. A year later, both couples welcome a boy (Josiah) and a daughter (Louisa) consecutively on the same day (May twenty-seven; Children’s Day) which is twenty-seven days after their mothers’ birthdays. The two couples make sure they celebrate their wedding anniversaries, and women’s birthdays in Paris because the women so much adore the City of Love. Josiah and Louisa celebrate their birthdays at Disneyland, Florida, the United States of America every year, And this is how the Green and Benson families become unbreakable and unshakable.?
Three decades later, Josiah and Louisa became a Doctor of History and International Relations as well as a Doctor of Mass Communication and English Language consecutively; they graduated from Brown University which they also were the Best Graduating students when they received their Bachelors Degrees certificates. Josiah works as a Professor of History and International Relations at Yale University and also is a curator for the The British Museum located at London, the United Kingdom while Louisa is a Professor of Mass Communication at Yale University as well while being a lexicographer for Webster Dictionary and a headwriter for British Broadcasting Company (BBC).
Josiah got hitched to Louisa’s best friend of fifteen years in the person of Sarah Freeman, a Fine Arts graduate of Oxford University, the United Kingdom who is the famous artist of the London Bridge, Eiffel Tower and the Statue of Liberty while Louisa got married to her high school sweetheart (Christopher Wellington, a UK Barrister). Christoph knows a lot about Law that he could be elected as a Judge within three months. Five months later, Christoph became a Judge at the Royal Courts of Justice located in London, the United Kingdom. It also happens that the father of Christoph, as he is commonly called and the mother of Sarah are first paternal cousins which was not known to them all until the wedding day of the two couples when Mrs. Eve Freeman sighted Mr. Isaiah Wellington at the party which was quite easy because Mr. Isaiah looks exactly like Mrs. Eve’s father (Mr. Samuel Kollington) just that Mr. Isaiah is light-skinned, chubbier, and taller than Eve’s father (Mr. Samuel).?
Because of this consanguine marriage happening, Christoph and Sarah decide to go for the genealogical DNA through the 23 and Me Ancestry process where they find out that they are closely related to the Abi?la (Moshood Kashimawo ?lawale also known as MKO Abi?la) through his paternal grandmother, Mrs. Christina Abi?la nee MacKintosh and the present royal family of the Ij?bu Kingdom, Awujal? Dhikrullah Oluwakay?de Adet?na through his paternal grandfather, Mr. Habeebullah Oluwa??teminire Adet?na. After their discovery, they tell their parents and grandparents who found ways of connecting with the long lost family members (Abi?las and Adet?nas) which both families also accepted them with love and happiness.?
