1. Identify your completely open centers. For instance, where do you have an entirely white center with no activated gates in your Human Design chart? This could be your Emotional Center, Ego Center, or any other center.
2. Observe the conditioning forces at play. Do you find yourself seeking external validation, avoiding confrontation, or making decisions based on others'?
