Complete star studded lineup revealed for ABN's October Bookkeeper Event

To a near sold-out crowd, industry heavyweights will gather at The Bookkeeper Event in Adelaide Hilton Hotel on 10-12 October.

Australian Bookkeepers Network (ABN) is proud to announce the complete line-up of speakers and sponsors to feature in the biennial The Bookkeeper Event in October, promising to be the hottest ticket on the industry calendar this year.

ABN Director, Kellie Powell, says that the event marks an industry milestone of ‘Doing It Better’, with industry speakers reflecting the theme for this year’s event.

“We’re honoured to bring together such talent and expertise to the stage and in our exhibition hall this year,” said Kellie. “These people really are at the forefront of our industry and global business.”

Headlining the event are keynote speakers Dr. Alan Thompson, AI specialist and ChatGPT trailblazer, alongside former Olympian, Janine Shepherd, now author and business consultant on transformation and resilience.

Industry icons to feature include MYOB CEO, Paul Robson, and First Assistant Secretary for the Department of Finance and Digital ID System chief, John Shepherd. They’ll share the stage with pre-insolvency specialist and Executive Director of de Jonge Read, Hank De Jonge, and Accounting Thought Leader of the Year, AI guru and CEO of marketing consultancy, Journey, Trent McLaren.

“We have 12 of the industry’s best sharing high level insights of AI innovation and business growth mastery to practical advice on bookkeeper processes like payroll, and super,” said Kellie.

In the exhibition hall for Expo Day on Thursday 10 October, the suppliers represent leading firms in financial technology, HR, insurance, superannuation, marketing, foreign exchange, and more.
