"Complaint Regarding Inadequate Service and Unresolved Laptop Repair"

I purchased a laptop on 30th September 2023, along with a 3-year extended complete laptop protection service provided by Jeeves Consumer Services under Order ID OD429264966209834100. Two months ago, I encountered an issue with my laptop and raised four complaints with Jeeves Consumer Services for repair services covered under warranty. However, despite their promises, I have yet to receive the repair services.

Whenever I contact them, I am told that a technician will visit my home within 7 days to repair the laptop. Unfortunately, no technician has shown up even after waiting beyond 7 days. When I ask about the technician's absence, the customer care representatives don't give any concrete answers.

I requested the physical address of their service center to take the laptop for repair myself, but they refused to disclose any information about their service centers. As a student, I rely on this laptop for my studies and projects. The prolonged unavailability of the laptop has hindered my academic progress and project work significantly.

Moreover, the complete laptop protection policy document stipulates that if the repair is unsuccessful, I am entitled to apply for a refund or replacement. Despite this provision, the delay in providing the repair services has caused me undue inconvenience and frustration.

I seek prompt resolution to this matter to ensure the timely repair or replacement of my laptop so that I can resume my studies and project work without further disruption.
