A complaint email
It's the 8:30 am in the China when i sit in front of table .....
I received the email from a customer in Canada at the 5:45am, it's the frist time he complaint :
K: why one size of carbide rod have the bad grinding on 12 pieces out of 33 pieces. The pieces jump .010 micron?
L: Bro, i sorry to hear that, can you take a video and then send me few pcs for check by our engineer, we will pay all the cost.
K: if you cant control your quality i just cant sell your products. You never had such problem before why now? (he usually Give me a threat that can't sell our rod in the past two years )
L: Bro, you know, every orders before shipping, we checked pcs by pcs, now i am not sure where the problem comes, only double check then to convince both of us.
K: I would rather just send back vidieo. Cost lots of $ to send back and time to do paper work. But if you need i will .
L: pls vidieo frist then send me few sample. What we did and doing is to avoid the problem now .but it will save the time in the future....... if problem from our side, we will compensate you.... thanks.
K: I dont want compesation just want it done correct so i can grow the demand for your rod.....
He is the such persn never request free sample, even 1-2 pcs for test he will pay on us, i think it is the way of his business......we always have dicussion on email, he don’t have any online contact, i only once time have a call with him, and he never visited our factory in the last two years. But we get well along with each other.....
