Plaintiff commenced this suit to recover from personal injuries allegedly sustained when she tripped and fell within the interior staircase of a premises, for which our client had no relation. Our client was wrongfully sued as they did not own, possess, occupy, manage, control, or have any relationship with the premises, and therefore owed no legal duty to plaintiff or codefendants. MSD moved to dismiss the plaintiff’s Complaint and was unopposed. The Court granted summary judgment, dismissing the plaintiff’s Complaint.
