Competitive injection molds,funny story

This afternoon I was chatting with a Algerian friend ,who is also an amateur plastic mold importer,we never do business before.He told me that after ejection,all the molds he brought requires extra manual duty to dislocate the cold plastic parts from plastic crap by hands troublesomely,it increases production cost and cost of per unit.From a clear shot of view,it is obvious that he brought nature molds,those molds should be three-plate molds with pin piont gates,but that tricky mold supplier did not tell the shortcomings in order to maximize benefit.Nature mold is suprisingly cheap,otherwise what made him think he got a good deal,and what made him think that Chinese molds are competitive? 

What is nature mold？
Nature mold is the simplest injection mold structure,designed for trial test run to produce plastic componets without nice surface finish,complex structure and high dimensional tolerance,its mold cavity and mold core are cut in A plate and B plate not in an inserting way,which is at risk of mold life because any unamendable damages from mechanical wear or corrosion wear could  sentence the tooling to death,it happens.No output,no qulaity is guaranteed.

Certianly,there are advantages of nature mold including short processing time,short injection cycle,low consumption of molding machine,ect.

He brought comeptitive molds to produce unexpected expensive plastic parts.
