Compelling prerequisite: Quantum computers are #probabilistic and we need learn to interact in this way
Compelling prerequisite: #Quantum computers work in a fundamentally different way than classical computers - QCs are #probabilistic, whereas classical computers are deterministic. Computer scientists need to start from scratch when creating algorithms for them to run. Three teams from the Department of Energy's laboratories are developing the foundations for new computer languages and programs.

6 年Quanum computing is easier to learn that it looks like at a first glance. True, there is no native quantum computing hardware, but can be emulated on standard host systems. ?Everybody can write code for quantum computers - and run it on a conventional pc/mac. There is really no magic involved.? Simply download the quantum development kit for q# from Microsoft - runs on windows 10, os x and linux - and start exploring.
