A Compass for Leaders: Announcing the Launch of the Lighthouse Leadership Collective

I am thrilled to announce my exciting partnership with Brenda Goehring (ICF ACC/ITCA EMCC Team Coach) . We are two seasoned professionals and accredited coaches, each with over 30 years of experience in leadership, strategy, and organizational transformation. Together, we launched the Lighthouse Leadership Collective—a dynamic hub designed to support organizational leaders and professionals as they navigate the complexities of emergent leadership responsibilities.

Brenda is the founder of Goehring Coaching + Consulting Ltd. and brings a wealth of experience from her extensive career managing multi-disciplinary teams and projects, spanning sustainability, communications, Indigenous relations, and inclusion and diversity. Her mission is to partner with professionals on their leadership journey, helping them to be effective and impactful within their organizations while also leading and developing their teams to align with their purpose and create value for their clients. Always scanning the horizon for best practice developments, Brenda brings an expansive view to our work which makes her an invaluable partner in this venture.

With my experience as an implementer, and mentor in the areas of strategy, systems, programs and culture change, in organizations across multiple industries, we are a team ready to empower leaders to leverage their strengths and realize their full potential.

The Lighthouse Leadership Collective is born out of a shared vision to address the challenges that leaders face today.
