Comparison of SAP S/4HANA on-premise and Cloud Solutions to be considered during Business case

Many Organizations are evaluating SAP S/4HANA in their Digital Transformation journey.

There seems to be lack of clarity to select S/4HANA on-premise or Cloud edition while evaluating business case for the same due to multiple releases from SAP on the same. I am summarizing some important points to be considered during Business case (proposing or selecting the solution).

Both S/4HANA editions Implementations are similar in following

1. Implementation starts with ready-to-run Standard Best practices Content activation using Solution Builder
2. Follows SAP’s new ACTIVATE framework/Methodology
