Traditional Mentoring lacks flexibility. Today’s mentee’s prefer to control content, and goals of their program. Millennials like to set their own guidelines, the pace, and the timeframe. They like to choose their own Mentor(s) and prefer a Peer who isn't “Senior” to them. Millennials like group mentoring and see members as advisors or a Board of Directors.
