?When you compare yourself it can lead to an uneasy jealous type FEELING.
We struggle when we compare someone's finished product to our journey.
??However, jealousy is a different FEELING than comparing.
People tend to compare in business a lot as well as in their personal lives.
Some people start out by comparing themselves to someone else and it ends up in the result emotion of jealousy.
When you are comparing yourself (not comparison to better yourself, that can be a good thing) it can also lead to an uneasy jealous type FEELING.
What's the difference? Comparing and or envying the way that someone is or something someone has is the idea that you feel you are less than because that person possesses something that you would like to possess in yourself and do not.
With jealousy you may feel that someone else is receiving the attention or an opportunity that you want for yourself and because of them you do not have it.
(it’s a bit lower frequency then comparing)
These two can be open for debate and the topic could go on for hours. Just know that they are both typically on the low energy frequency vibration, a place that you don't want to be at for very long.
??Tune in. Pay attention. If you're going to compare, compare to UP LEVEL yourself.
Just be aware of the difference, and don't slip into jealousy mode.

6 年Sooo true and very insightful. I love the line "We struggle when we compare someone's finished product to our journey." We might get jealous and it might stop us from ending our journey even further than the other person got to!
