As opposed to trying to identify a worthy cause, why not be the catalyst facilitator, the platform, and invite those youth in your community to come forward with what they see as a problem they want to address. 

These initiatives are not reserved for the big cities, it can happen in the smallest of communities. They can then lead the action and then get to celebrate the impact that has been made.

The youth can get a bad rap, many are labeled as selfish, lazy, anti-social, but according to this survey, well over half have volunteered and 84% want to help others.

What if we were to create an environment where they can be vulnerable, explore the possibilities and be able to act without fear of criticism and further under mining of confidence.

With the financial resources and wisdom of corporate partners together with the passion of the youth, we may all one day have an opportunity to celebrate together and witness this world become an even better place!
