As we approach November, we have been reflecting in the office what we have achieved so far this year.?We have passed our ISO Accreditations, marked our 36th year in business so a big thank you to everyone who helped us achieve this, especially Rachel Cotter who has also now been with the company for 13 years!

We have held lots of events in our office raising awareness for various charities and last week, we wore pink to support Breast Cancer Awareness Month. We try and do what we can to help show our support and we will continue to do so.

Last week, we also treated our staff to lunch every day as a thank you for all their hard work and dedication as we approach the end of 2022 and CTS like to show our thanks to our team for continuing to help us grow.

We are currently holding a pumpkin carving competition, so keep a look out for our posts and enter away! I am sure you have seen some along the way. I hear there are some Hotel Chocolates up for grabs. ( Eilish C. is the person to bribe).

We are donors of The Didcot Powerhouse Fund. We always feel it's important to support our local community. These are some facts about the fund.

"The Didcot Powerhouse Fund was founded by local people to tackle inequality in the Didcot Garden Town Area of Influence, which encompasses the wider area of Didcot and the surrounding villages. The Didcot Powerhouse Fund provides annual grants to organisations that are supporting the local community and meet the Fund’s published criteria.

A community related theme will be set for each year by the Powerhouse Fund and for 2022 this was ‘Supporting children, young people and families as we emerge from the pandemic’.

?The Powerhouse Fund is hosted by Didcot First and has a Grants Panel which works with OCF to evaluate and award grant submissions. There is also an Advisory Panel which manages the Powerhouse Fund.

Lord Vaizey of Didcot is the Fund’s patron."
